Upon receipt, we commit to scheduling instructors and reserving the boats and gear for the program. We will confirm by email, telephone, or letter.

If your plans change and you need to reschedule, we are flexible but need to know ASAP.

Refund Policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance of the course is due on the first day of your course. If you are unable to make the course that you have booked and cancel more than two weeks in advance, we will happily refund your deposit. If you cancel the course more than a week before it's start date, then we are able to refund half of your deposit. At this point, we have incurred administrative costs and have confirmed an instructor for your course. Unfortunately, if you cancel your program less than a week before it starts, we can not refund your deposit. At that point, we have made a final commitment to the instructor and the other participants on the course.
