International Adventure Leadership
A six week adventure based leadership program set in the heart of the Himalayas.
Nepal is only 100 miles wide and with towering 8000m peaks in the north to the steamy lowland jungle in the south, it has been long recognised as an unsurpassable adventure travel destination. The diverse and dramatic scenery of this Himalayan kingdom and its centuries old customs, architecture and culture provide a unique backdrop to our leadership program.
The rationale of this program is to provide 'hands on' international leadership experience for individuals interested in working in adventure travel, guiding or leading expeditions. As such this course addresses the needs of Adventure leader / Outdoor recreation program graduates or other outdoor leaders who wish to extend their professional skills, contacts and experience.
The program encompasses multi day river expeditions, canyoning and a high altitude 9 day trek in addition to elephant safaris in Chitwan national park. Participants will have the opportunity to work with professionals from around the world, across a wide range of adventure activities.
